About Stacks
Stacks Bookshop is more than just a bookstore — it’s a thoughtfully curated space for children through young adults, created to fill a gap in our local market where quality, diverse, and engaging books are hard to find.
Beyond books, Stacks is a community space. We offer a cozy café, book-based curriculum playgroups, reading enrichment programs, and workshops for both kids and parents. Whether it’s discovering a new favorite story, building early literacy skills, or simply enjoying a warm drink while your child explores, Stacks is a place for families to connect, grow, and fall in love with reading.
Here, stories spark more than imagination — they build a lifelong love for learning.
Our Story
Stacks Bookshop began with two moms who became friends over a shared love for books. During the quiet, uncertain days of the pandemic, our friendship blossomed — often over messages, voice notes, and long conversations about our dreams. We imagined a place that didn’t just sell books, but nurtured a genuine love for reading, learning, and self-expression.
What started as a hopeful idea slowly turned into a vision we couldn’t ignore. We wanted to create a space that felt like home — not just for our own children, but for families everywhere who longed for more meaningful, enriching experiences.
Stacks is the heart-child of that friendship and that dream. A place where stories live, learning is joyful, and every voice is welcome.
